common questions
Here is a list of common questions that are
often asked of us. If you don't find the answer you're looking for,
please contact us.
What is the difference between CPM and
CPC?
"CPM" means cost per thousand ("M"
is the Roman numeral for 1,000). Often banners are purchased in
lots of 1,000, or CPM. This method of advertising means that you'll
be purchasing a set number of exposures, or banner views.
"CPC" or cost per click means that you
will only pay for visitors that click on your banner. This guarantees
that your ad money is spent on solid leads to your site. Both methods
have advantages and disadvantages. On the Heartlight Network, we
user a variety of advertising methods such as text ads, banners,
and e-mail ads for any given campaign. Because of this, we use the
CPC model exclusively. For current rates, click

What are the specifications my ad must meet?
This is dependent upon which ads your campaign
is approved for. For specifications on each type of ad, please see
the how it works page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Direct Debits
and checks. Campaigns will not begin until payment is made in full.
Will you create a banner/text/e-mail ad for
our company?
For a fee of $100, we'll design ads that can be
used in your campaign on our site. They'll be yours to keep, and
use elsewhere if you choose. We'll design ads that can be used in
the sections of our site in which you've received approval. For
example, if you're approved for the CBX and e-mail, we'll make a
banner for you as well as an e-mail advertisement.
Can I order less than 400 clicks?
Currently, $100 (400 clicks) is the minimum order
to advertise on our network. Orders smaller than this make it harder
to measure a campaign's effectiveness, and hinders us from being
able to use all of our advertising channels to promote your products
or service.
